Roma Midfielder Hails Gasperini's Tactical System Ahead of Manchester United Meeting
Speaking in Manchester during the pre-match press conference ahead of AS Roma‘s UEFA Champions League fixture against Manchester United, midfielder Marten de Roon addressed reporters alongside manager Gian Piero Gasperini. The pair reunited at Roma this season following nine years together at Atalanta, where they won the UEFA Europa League in 2024.
Roma enter the match positioned third in Serie A following a 5-2 victory away at Udinese. The Italian side faces tactical adjustments in midfield due to injuries sustained by Manu KonΓ© and Lorenzo Pellegrini.
