Atalanta have agreed a €40m package to sign winger Jonathan Rowe from Bologna. The transfer begins as an initial loan with a mandatory obligation to complete a permanent move. The player is completing medical examinations in Milan before finalizing his contract.
At 23 years old, the English winger takes on his second major move in Serie A following a single season in Emilia-Romagna.
