Gasperini Benches Leonardo Balerdi for Como Clash
Leonardo Balerdi and Matias Soulé are set to begin Sunday’s Serie A fixture against Como on the bench following international duty with Argentina. AS Roma manager Gian Piero Gasperini opted to rest the pair after they returned to training on Friday.
Tactical Adjustments Force Changes in Defense and Attack
Rodrigo Mora and Evan Ndicka are expected to step into the starting lineup in place of Soulé and Balerdi. The tactical adjustments come as AS Roma manages player fatigue following the international break, with Bryan Cristante also sidelined due to injury and replaced by Marten de Roon.
